The Russian Copper Company intends to continue developing its metal manufacturing capacities.

In particular, the group wants to increase output at Kyshtym Electrolysis Copper Plant.

The group has found a way to increase copper cathodes and copper rolled wire output at KMEZ to 0.14 million tons per year each. The investment program will be carried out in 2017-2018. The cost of the copper electrolysis shop modernization is 482 million rubles.

RMK will also increase copper concentrate processing capacities and raw copper output in Chelyabinsk region. Karabashmed will increase copper output to 0.15 million tons per year. (Ukrainian metal)
