In January-May Ukraine increased rolled metal export revenue by 20% YoY, to $2.7 billion.
According to Ukrmetallurgprom, in 5 months Ukraine exported 6.2 million tons of rolled metal, down from 7.8 million tons in January-May 2016.
The export share in the total volume of rolled metal produced dropped to 83% from 84%.
The share of the semi-finished metal in rolled metal exports was 42% (2.6 million tons) as opposed to 46% (3.6 million tons) in January-May 2016. (Ukrainian metal)
