Lermontovsky Mining and Processing Works has cleared salary debts to its employees, the Federal Union of Primorye krai reports.

But the company is still idle.

The situation was discussed at the meeting of the tripartite commission on March 30. The works was expecting 250 million rubles promised by the governor to resume operation.

Lermontovsky GOK is one of the two tungsten concentrate manufacturers in Russia. The operation at the works was halted in October 2016 because of the resources at Lermontovskoye deposits running dry. (Ukrainian metal)
