Mikhail Spektor has been appointed the president of Black Iron to speed up the implementation of iron ore extraction and processing project in Ukraine.
According to the company statement, up till September 2015, he has been the president of the VS Energy.
Spektor will be responsible for obtaining all the necessary permits from the government pertaining to the project. He will also negotiate construction of the processing works with local companies.
The cost of the project is estimated at $1 billion. Some $60 million have already been invested. (Ukrainian metal)
