According to the ruling of the court Titanium Investments, the company of Dmitry Firtash representing Crimean Titanium Works in Russia, had to pay 18 million rubles of the environment tax.
According to the prosecutor’s office of the Russia-occupied Crimea, the Armyansk town prosecutors found out the company hadn’t paid 49 million rubles to the budget for pollution. So the prosecutors filed a claim, which the court satisfied. (Ukrainian metal)
