The Dnepr State Court of Appeals has settled the long-time dispute between ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih employees and the managers of the company.
The court made the administration pay 1 million UAH of debts on the cost of sanatorium vouchers.
But the AMKR managers applied to the Higher Commercial Court of Ukraine with a cassation claim. And the judge cancelled the court of appeals decision.
The employees are determined to struggle on and will go to the Supreme Court of Ukraine. (Ukrainian metal)
