In January-October Zaporizhstal produced 3.27 million tons of steel, down by 1.4% YoY.
According to the company statement, its pig iron output dropped by 2.5% to 3.06 million tons, and that of rolled metal – by 0.4%, to 2.83 million tons, all YoY.
In October Zaporizhstal produced 317.4 thousand tons of pig iron, 333.4 thousand tons of steel and 285.2 thousand tons of rolled metal.
The decrease in October output is explained by the overhaul of the blast furnace No. 2. (Ukrainian metal)
