The supervisory board of Dniepropetrovsk Metal Structures Works named after Babushkin has appointed Ulyana Semchishin its chairman.
According to the company statement, Semchishin has been appointed for 3 years, and previously worked as the director of Ferkon Holding Ltd.
The supervisory board has also appointed a new secretary – Margarita Semenova, an ex-director of Rudne P.O.L.E. Ltd.
In 2015 DMZ increased its losses by 29.8% YoY, or by 35.63 million UAH, to 155.321 million UAH, having decreased its net income by 40.3% YoY, or by 21.64 million UAH, to 32.03 million UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
