ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih plans to have reached the project capacity of 140 kg of pulverized coal per 1 ton of pig iron at its pulverized coal injection unit by August.
“As of May 20, we plan to reach the project capacity in July”, said the company in its statement.
The first trial of the PCI unit was in late December 2015, while pulverized coal injection on regular basis started on January 19. (Ukrainian metal)
