Shareholders of Khartsyzsk Pipe Works have decided to increase the supervisory board from 1 member to 5.
According to the company statement, Yuri Ryzhenkov, Alexander Pogozhev, Julia Dankova, Svetlana Romanova (all top-managers of Metinvest Holding and representatives of Metinvest B.V.) and Ivan Yurchenko (foreign economic activity legal support director of Metinvest Holding) have been appointed to the supervisory board. All of them have been elected for 3 years.
At the same time Metinvest B.V., owner of 93.48% of shares, was dismissed from the board. (Ukrainian metal)
