Dealzone Holding has purchased 98.6578% of Dnerpometiz shares.
According to the company statement, Deadzone didn’t own its shares. Severstal-Trade ceased to be the shareholder.
In 2015 Dneprometiz received 60.86 million UAH of losses. (Ukrainian metal)
