In Severodonetsk law-enforcers met with entrepreneurs who procure and sell ferrous and non-ferrous metals scrap.
The scrappers were told of the changes in legislation in view of scrap center checks.
According to the law-enforcers, sometimes mines and their parts are found during such checks, which is dangerous.
