In January Ukraine exported $26.69 million worth of pig iron.
According to the State Fiscal Service, in December 2015 pig iron exports totaled $44.8 million, thus January saw exports fall by 40.4%.
One of the main importers of Ukrainian pig iron in January was Italy ($5.45 million), followed by Mexico ($5.08 million) and USA ($4.57 million).
In January Ukraine imported no pig iron. In December 2015 imports reached $0.01 million.
In 2015 Ukraine exported $510.64 million worth of pig iron, with imports on the level of $1.17 million. (Ukrainian metal)
