The supervisory board of Ukrvtorchermet (Kiev) has appointed Natalia Gorelova the chairman of the board and CEO and dismissed the acting chairman/CEO Vladimir Prilipko.
Gorelova will be on probation for 3 months. She owns no company shares.
Vladimir Prilipko was appointed the acting chairman of the board/CEO of the company after the board dismissed Rostislav Pozhidayev from his office.
