Russia hasn’t taken any official decisions on stopping coal deliveries to Ukraine, said Alexei Likhachev, the head of the Ministry for economical development of the Russian Federation.
“We will see, how things fare”, he added. But according to the minister for energy Alexander Novak, Russia could retaliate to the Crimean blackout, in particular, stop coal deliveries to Ukraine. (Ukrainian metal)
