The self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic has stopped coal deliveries to Ukraine.
“Coal embargo for delivery to Ukraine has been introduced for 2 weeks”, said the acting director of the department for the industrial development strategy of the so-called DPR Edward Polyakov.
He explained the halt with Ukraine not paying for previously supplied coal. (Ukrainian metal)
