Shareholders of the Artemovsk Non-Ferrous Metals Processing Works (Donetsk regions) have dismissed Vadim Shpakovsky from the office of the chairman of the supervisor board, and appointed Roman Kipot instead.
According to the company statement, Kipot is a minority shareholder, and previously occupied the office of the Balakleysky grain reception center chairman.
Shpakovsky has been the AZOTSM chairman since March 2014 and owns no company shares.
The shareholders have also dismissed Artem Shpakovsky, a board member, and appointed Oksana Bondar instead.
Artem Shpakovsky owns no company shares.
Oksana Bondar worked as the CEO of Pivdenbud, and has no shares of AZOTSM. (Ukrainian Metal)
