Ukraine: TEKO-Dneprometiz to go bankrupt

A Kiev court has started the bankruptcy procedure of the TEKO-Dnepromtiz Holding Company (Kiev). The procedure has been started on the request of the company.

In particular the company had to address the court since it was unable to pay its debt of 248 thousand UAH to Aliant (Kiev).

TEKO-Dneprometiz specializes in metal and metal wares trade, as well as consulting. The company owns 99.3% of Business Standard Bank, 38.7% of Dneprovagonmash (railroad car manufacturer from Dniepropetrovsk region), 33.9% of Dneprometiz, 23.216% of Kremenchuk Steel Works and 20% of the Kryukovsky Railroad Car Building Works (Poltava region).
