In May Yuzhniy Mining and Processing Works (UGOK) produced 974.1 thousand tons of concentrate, down by 0.3% YoY.
Sinter output fell by 49%, to 130 thousand tons.
According to the company statement, in January-May it increased concentrate output by 2.3%, to 4719.2 thousand tons, YoY. Sinter production went down by 45.8%, to 618 thousand tons.
In April UGOK dropped sinter output by almost 55%, but increased that of concentrate by 5%. (Ukrainian Metal)
