In January-March Ukraine imported 308.93 thousand tons of manganese ore and concentrate, up by 83.8%, or by 51.2%, to $46.38 million, YoY.
The main supplier of manganese ore and concentrate to Ukraine in Q1 was Ghana (44.92%), with SAR (31.72%) and Australia (18.68%) behind.
At the same time Ukraine decreased its manganese ore exports by 18.9%, to 6.41 thousand tons, but increased it money-wise by 21.5%, to $807 thousand. The main importers of Ukrainian manganese ore were Slovakia (85.5%) and Poland (13.88%). (Ukrainian metal)
