In February Ukraine produced 5944 thousand tons of iron ore and iron ore concentrate, down by 10.1%, or by 668 thousand tons, MoM.
In particular, iron ore output fell by 1.3%, or by 15 thousand tons, to 1114 thousand tons, MoM, while iron ore concentrate manufacture decreased by 11.9%, or by 653 thousand tons, to 4830 thousand tons.
Sinter output in February went down by 12.3%, or by 330 thousand tons, to 23621 thousand tons, that of pellets – by 11%, or by 211 thousand tons, to 2136 thousand tons, all MoM.
In January-February iron ore and iron ore concentrate production decreased by 6.4%, or by 855 thousand tons, to 12556 thousand tons, YoY. (Ukrainian metal)
