Pobuzhye Ferronickel Plant (Kirovograd region) has decreased its natural gas consumption 8 times.
Prior to implementing the coal powder fuel the works consumed 11 million cubic meters of natural gas per month. Now it has decreased gas consumption to 1.5 million cubic meters.
The company will go on with the program of implementing coal powder fuel technology in its work in 2015, thus lowering gas consumption further to 400 thousand cubic meters per month.
Pobuzhye Ferronickel Plant processes nickel raw materials, produces ferronickel and slag. (Ukrainian metal)
