In January-June Dneprovsky Iron and Steel Works named after F. Dzerzhinsky produced 1.25 million tons of rolled metal, down by 23.3% YoY.
According to a company representative, the works also produced 1.23 million tons of steel and 1.12 million tons of pig iron, down by 22.5% and 22.1% YoY respectively.
In June Dzerzhinsky produced 222 thousand tons of rolled metal, 227 thousand tons of steel and 211 thousand tons of pig iron.
In 2014 the works plans to produced 5.15 million tons of sinter, 3.07 million tons of pig iron and 3.27 million tons of steel, up by 10.6%, 16.4% and 11.6% YoY respectively.
In 2013 Dneprovsky Iron and Steel Works named after F. Dzerzhinsky produced 2,98 million tons of rolled metal, 2.93 million tons of steel and 2.63 million tons of pig iron, down by 5.7%, 7% and 12.5% YoY respectively. (Ukrainian metal)
