In January-June Kremenchuk Steel Works (Poltava region) produced 19.52 thousand tons of steel casting, down by 35%, or by 6.83 thousand tons, YoY.
According to a company representative, the works has been idle for several months due to the sales problems.
In 2013 Kremenchuk Steel Works produced 70.35 thousand tons of steel casting, down by 48.4% YoY.
Kremenchuk Steel Works produces steel castings for trucks and large cars, as well as over 80 types of steel and pig iron castings made to order. (Ukrainian metal)
