In January-June ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih produced 2.65 million tons of rolled metal, down by 6.6% YoY.
In the given period steel smelting fell by 2.7%, to 3.03 million tons, while pig iron manufacture decreased by 1.5%, to 2.67 million tons.
In June the works produced 481 thousand tons of rolled metal, 560 thousand tons of steel and 490 thousand tons of pig iron.
In July AMKR plans to produce 580 thousand tons of steel and 500 thousand tons of pig iron, for which it will have to buy 73 thousand tons of scrap metal. (Ukrainian metal)
