In January-May ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih produced 2.15 million tons of rolled metal, down by 10.6% YoY.
At the same time, steel smelting fell by 4.1%, to 2.48 million tons, while pig iron manufacture decreased by 3.1%, to 2.18 million tons, all YoY.
In May the company produced 497 thousand tons of rolled metal, 611 thousand tons of steel and 528 thousand tons of pig iron.
In January-May 2013 AMKR produced 2.4 million tons of rolled metal, 2.58 million tons of steel and 2.24 million tons of pig iron, up by 11.4%, 1.5% and 0.9% YoY respectively.
In May 2013 the company produced 450.7 thousand tons of rolled metal, 499.2 thousand tons of steel and 432.7 thousand tons of pig iron. (Ukrainian metal)
