Steel consumption in Ukraine in 2013 is expected to decrease by 7.9% compared to 2012, to 5.8 million tons, according to Hans Jurgen Kerkhoff, the head of World Steel Association’s economic committee.
He says in 2014 Ukraine is expected to witness an increase in steel consumption by 4.3% as compared to 2013, to 6 millin tons. (Ukrainian metal)
