Russia Ministry of Economic Development has announced that, Peru National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property by resolution No 125-2010 has opened a process of revising the antidumping duties on imports of hot rolled and cold rolled steel from Russia and Ukraine imposed in 1999.
According to established procedure, within 30 days, the parties concerned must confirm their participation in the review procedure and send completed questionnaires to INDECOPI.
