It is reported that in June Ukraine sharply increased its pig iron exports 4.9 times compared to May and 2 times compared to June 2009 to 194,050 tons of which 98,970 tons were delivered to the US. The value of Ukraine’s pig iron export sales in June was up by 4.8 times compared to May increasing to $98.93 million.
In H1 this year Ukraine pig iron exports increased by 18.6% YoY to 771,350 tons valued at $303.92 million.
