Shareholders of Ilyich-Stal, a part of Metinvest, decided to liquidate the company. The corresponding decision was taken during the shareholders meeting on April 27. All the shareholders voted in favor of the decision. The cost of the company net assets is 1164.25 million UAH, while liabilities amount to 212.29 million UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
