Rodinskaya miners have been paid 74% of the June salary. After that the mine, a part of Mirnogradugol, resumed operation.

On August 10, the third shift miners refused to go underground demanding their salary debts for June and July to be cleared.

According to the mine director Vitaly Maiboroda, the mine is in the liquidation process, so since June 1 it has stopped receiving state support.

A part of the salary is paid from the budget given to shut down the enterprise, the rest from the sale of coal. But while the total salary is 47 million UAH, coal sales reach only 25 million. (Ukrainian metal)
