Naftogaz Ukrainy has asked the Commercial court of Donetsk region to open a case on the bankruptcy of Energomashspetsstal.
The suit was filed on August 3 by the Naftogaz daughter company – Gaz Ukrainy.
As of August 1 EMSS is the fourth largest debtor of Naftogaz as to gas among industrial consumers with its debt being 173.637 million UAH.
In 2016 EMSS received 1.498 billion UAH of losses, down 2.1-fold, having increased its net income by 50.5%, to 1.854 billion UAH. (Ukrainian metal)
