In January-June Geotekhnologia mined 3.76 thousand tons of nickel at its Shanuch deposits in Kamchatka.
The enterprise processed 69 thousand tons of ore concentrate.
In the second half of the year the company intends to mine 78 thousand tons of ore, and 200-250 thousand tons of copper-nickel ore in 2018.
The Shanuch deposits are estimated at 1.3 million tons of cobalt-copper-nickel ores, including 71 thousand tons of nickel, 11 thousand tons of copper, 1.896 thousand tons of cobalt, 301 kg of gold, 254 kg of platinum and 621 kg of palladium. (Ukrainian metal)
