In January-June Pobuzhye Ferronickel Works produced 7.7 thousand tons of nickel, down by 13.4% YoY.
According to the company statement, ferronickel output dropped by 9%, to 36.121 thousand tons, while the total volume of the ore processed decreased by 9.1%, to 640.312 thousand tons.
The decrease was the result of scheduled repairs of the main machinery.
In 2016 PFK produced 18.1 thousand tons of nickel, up by 1.1% YoY. (Ukrainian metal)
