Ukraine is negotiating deliveries of anthracite coal with XCOAL Energy&Resources.
The company mines in West Virginia and Pensilvania, selling coal and anthracite mostly to metal enterprises.
The company exports some 16 million tons of coal per year via two of its seaports.
In June a delegation from Ukraine visited Pensilvania.
There is no large contract as yet. But the Ministry of energy and coal industry reports on deliveries of 120 thousand tons of coal in August-September. (Ukrainian metal)
