The Kapitalnaya mine (previously mine named after Stakhanov) of the state enterprise Mirnogradugol (previously Krasnoarmeyskugol) has put into operation the fifth northern long face.
The reserves of the long face are estimated at 510 thousand tons of coal, or 1 year of operation.
Investments in the long face totaled 138 million UAH.
In autumn the company intends to put another long face into operation, and in late winter – early spring – the third one. (Ukrainian metal)
