The gold-mining company Vysochaishiy plans to produce 6.3-6.5 tons of gold this year (195-210 thousand ounces), up by 28% YoY.
The increase will be achieved thanks to the putting in operation of the Ugakhan Mining and Processing Works in Irkutsk region and the first stage of Tarynsky GOK in Yakutia.
As of 2016 the Vysochaishiy gold reserves are estimated at 218 tons, with 122 tons at the Irkutsk region project, 35 tons at Tarynsky project and 61 tons at Aldansky project. (Ukrainian metal)
