The ecological situation in Donbass is threatening, and the mines on the uncontrolled territories of Donetsk and Lugansk regions are in critical situation.
“7 mines are completely destroyed and cannot be restored. There are currently 115 Ukrainian mines on the occupied territories, from where the equipment has been stolen, some of them are flooded. The water has to be pumped out immediately”, the first vice speaker of Verkhovnaya Rada Irina Geraschenko reported.
