Chelyabinsk Iron and Steel Works has successfully passed the rebars manufacture audit for the correspondence to the Austrian standard.
The certificate obtained opens a new export destination for the company.
The audit has been carried out by Wien-Zert. The reinforcement steel of grade V550V and the diameter 102-20 mm has been checked.
Following the audit the company was issued the ÖNORM certificate valid for 5 years.
“The certificate increases the ChMK export opportunities, giving us the right to sell in Austria. We expect to supply some 3 thousand tons of rebars per month”, ChMK executive director Anatoly Schetinin said. (Ukrainian metal)
