According to the state enterprise Ukrpromvneshexpertisa director Vladimir Vlasyuk, it is necessary to limit export of scrap, but not to completely prohibit it.
“I understand the discussions between scrap procurers and consumers. But the current duty still allows traders to sell scrap on foreign markets”, he said. (Ukrainian metal)
