PJSC ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih has carried out the first transactions for acquisition of the premises in “Zhukovka village” (Lavrenyova and Chystopilska streets of Saksahanskiy district of Kriviy Rih city). The purchase and sales transactions were carried out in line with the legislation of Ukraine and with the company’s previously announced offer to purchase here each premises at price of UAH 450 thousand. This pricing proposal was valid until May 31, and several families, which are the owners of the premises, have used this proposal successfully. All documents are ready, and owners already have money in full.
PJSC ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih covers all relocation expenditures of village residents of all 32 houses of Zhukovka, located in the zone of probable ground motion. The company has confirmed its obligation to make the relocation process maximally open and transparent in order to prevent violations of legal rights of the residents-house owners. The company continues the work on relocation of the citizens from potentially dangerous area and PJSC ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih is ready to purchase each premises located at Lavrenyova and Chystopilska streets, at a price of UAH 430 thousand under condition of execution of purchase-and-sale agreement till July 31.
Planning further minerals extraction in this area, PJSC ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih strictly abides by the right of each house and landowner due to Ukrainian legislations. The company will do its best to prevent manipulation of social opinion and provocations in the interests of individual concerned parties and asks the residents of Zhukovka village to hold negotiations only with the official representatives of PJSC ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih.
