4 individuals have acquired 99.5% of Kondratyevsky Refractory Works shares.
In particular, Sergey Petrov, Hennady Lobanov and Dmitry Stepanov as well as another individual have purchased 24.898%, 24.93%, 24.78% and 24.9% of shares respectively.
Petrov is the supervisor board chairman, and both Lobanov and Stepanov its members.
