Aktyubinsk Copper Company, a part of Russian Copper Company, has set development plans.
The Vesenne-Aralchinskoye deposits, situated near the border with Russia, will be operated on both sides of the border. For this AMK will construct a plant with the capacity of 500 thousand tons of ore per year. The mine will be operating for 23 years, 15 of which will be dedicated to ore mining.
AMK will also put into operation the mine at the Kundyzy deposits with the capacity of 2 million tons of ore per year and another mine at the Limannoye deposits of the same capacity. The capacity of two processing factories there will reach 5 million tons per year. (Ukrainian metal)
