In April Ukraine produced 5.9 million tons of iron ore raw materials, down by 5.1% MoM, or by 323.8 thousand tons.
In January-April output dropped by 1.5 million tons YoY, to 23.4 million tons.
In April delivery to Ukrainian metal works totaled 2.5 million tons, down by 100 thousand tons MoM.
Local prices increased by 50-150 UAH. Thus, April sinter ore price was 1350 UAH per ton, concentrate – 2200 UAH, sinter – 2300 UAH and pellets – 3 thousand UAH per ton. (Ukrainian metal)
