In 2016 Severstal-Metiz saved 35 million rubles due to streamlining its operation.
According to the company statement, last year employees submitted over 200 rationalizing suggestions, allowing to decrease manufacturing expenses and prime cost. The highest result was obtained thanks to modernization of equipment and tools, as well as the change of key products manufacture techniques. (Ukrainian metal)
