In 10 years of operation Kazakhstan Electrolysis Works, a part of ERG, produced 2 million tons of primary aluminum.

KEZ is one of the first major industrial projects of the modern Kazakhstan.

At the end of 2007, when the first stage of the works was put into operation, 11 thousand tons of primary aluminum were produced. In June 2010 the second stage was put into operation bringing the company to the project capacity of 250 thousand tons per year.

In 2011 KEZ produced 251 thousand tons of aluminum. (Ukrainian metal)
