On May 10 several hundreds of Evraz Sukhaya Balka miners did not return from underground.
“The company is negotiating with them”, the press-service reported. “The medical service controls their health. Despite long delays in operation because of the lack of licenses to use subsoil, the company continues paying salary”.
Since last September the mine has been experiencing problems with iron ore mining, as its license has expired. (Ukrainian metal)
