DTEK has started supplying Pridneprovskaya and Krivorozhskaya thermal power plants with coal from its mines in Rostov region (Russia).

“Before the first coal from the South African Republic arrives in June, DTEK decided to direct some coal from Obukhovskoye mine group in Russia”, the company informed.

The enterprise is a part of DTEK and at present covers the needs of the Lugansk TPP, which has no other delivery options but from Russia.

As of early May, Pridneporvskaya and Krivorozhskaya TPPs carried 41.1 thousand tons and 46.7 thousand tons of coal respectively. (Ukrainian metal)
