In April Ukraine decreased steel output by 28.6% YoY, to 1.572 million tons.
Pig iron output dropped by 30.1%, to 1.443 million tons.
Rolled metal production decreased by 31.9%, to 1.341 million tons.
In January-April Ukraine decreased steel production by 15.8% YoY, to 6.975 million tons, pig iron by 20.1%, to 6.324 million tons, rolled metal by 16.4%, to 6.111 million tons, coke – by 25.2%, to 3.326 million tons.
At the same time steel pipes output increased by 25.2%, to 324.8 thousand tons. (Ukrainian metal)
