Lensib, a part of the state enterprise Lenzoloto, has started the gold washing season of 2017. At present the sand washing has begun on the river Bodaibo.
As of May 1, the site has already yielded 12.874 kg of gold. By the end of the season the site intends to have washed 135 kg of the precious metal.
This year Lensib plans to obtain at least 375 kg of gold.
In 2016 Lensib yielded 547.59 kg of gold (the target was 500 kg). (Ukrainian metal)
